Spec Home – For Sale Kill Devil Hills single-family beach bungalow built in 2015. 1300 sqft. 3BR 2BA with vaulted ceilings, reclaimed Heart Pine hardwood in living areas kitchen and dining room and granite counter tops. Amenities include a covered porch, built-in bookshelf in the living area and upgraded soft-close doors and drawers.

Remodeling The owners of this beautiful home on the sound were looking to increase their living space, so we added a family room and den, along with a half bath. They were also looking to create a fun atmosphere for entertaining, so we designed an outside fire pit and grilling area with a custom stone patio. Above the patio we built an inviting wrap-around, screened-in porch.
